Marie Biscuit Easy Chocolate Mousse

2 packet Marie biscuits
1 tin caramel treat
3 tbsp cocoa powder...
4 tbsp hot chocolate powder
500 ml fresh cream
2 tb instant cofee
1 slab Cadbury chocolate grated( the flavour of your choice.

Whip the fresh cream and reserve.
Smooth up the caramel treat with a tbsp add the cocoa and 3 Tb hot chocolate powder. Mix all well.
Fold the cream with the caramel treat.
Dissolve the cofee and the tbsp of hot chocolate in 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water.
In a dish, layer some mousse,then soak each biscuit in the cofee mixture and layer all over the mousse, add some grated chocolate. Add another layer of the chocolate mousse, soaked biscuits and grated chocolate. The last layer must be of the mousse. Decorate with grated chocolate. Leave in the fridge to chill.
You can serve with melted chocolate, chocolate sauce, truffles, bonbons, chocolate coated strawberries
