Gluten free and sugar free granola



Make your own Gluten free and sugar free granola in no time!
300g mixture of nuts and seeds of your choice, 200g Gluten free rolled oats, 3 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/4 cup raw honey, 3 tbsp coconut oil and 1tsp vanilla extract.
Method:
Preheat your oven to 160°C and grease a baking tray. Mix all the dry ingredients well.
Place the honey and coconut oil in a small saucepan and stir over a low heat until melted. Remove from Take heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Add the honey mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well. Place it in the baking tray, spread into an even layer and bake for 25 minutes.
Allow the granola to cool on the tray before breaking into clusters.
