RICE KRISPIES TOFFEE WREATH
INGREDIENTS
150g toffees
50g butter
200g marshmallows
500ml Rice Krispies
METHOD
1. Heat the toffees and butter in the microwave for about 2-3 minutes until melted. Add the marshmallows (don’t stir) and microwave for a minute. Stir quickly to mix together. Add the Rice Krispies in 3 batches, mixing well after each addition. Set aside until cool enough to handle.
2. Rub your hands with oil and shape into 8 x 10cm rings. Set aside to harden. Tie a piece of ribbon into a bow around each wreath and hang.
