CHOCOLATE LAZY CAKE

INGREDIENTS
30 regular digestive biscuits, coarsely crushed (Marie Koekies)
½ cup unsalted butter, melted...
6 tbsp icing sugar

6 tbsp unsweetened dark cocoa
½ cup sweetened condensed milk

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, combine condensed milk, sugar, melted butter and cocoa; whisk until smooth. Add biscuits and mix until well combined.
Transfer mixture into 9 X5 loaf pan that has been lined with plastic wrap. Using the back of a spoon, press well to take the shape of the pan. Make sure all corners have been fully filled. Cover and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.
To serve, dip sharp knife in hot water and slice.
