Mariette se gesondheidsbrood of -muffins

Bestanddele

1 koppie rysmeel (of 3 eetlepels klappermeel)
2 eetlepels klapper- of olyfolie
50 ml sonneblomsaad
50 ml pampoensaad
50 ml sesamsaad
2 teelepels bakpoeier
1 knippie sout
5 eiers
handvol gekapte neute (opsioneel)
3 ryp piesangs (opsioneel)
Metode
Meng al die bestanddele en plaas in muffin- of broodpan.
Bak muffins vir 20 min, en brood vir 1 uur, teen 160 grade.
