Choc Mint Pots / Choc Mint Cupcakes


Try out this awesome idea using Golden Cloud Choc Mint Muffin Mix with your favourite cookie hidden into the bottom.



INDIVIDUAL CHOC MINT POTS
Makes :12
INGREDIENTS
500 g Golden Cloud Choc Mint Flavoured Muffin Mix
150 ml sunflower oil
200 ml water
2 large eggs
250 ml store bought choc mint or chocolate sauce (hierdie word nie gebruik in die cupcakes nie)
 INSTRUCTION
 • Preheat the oven to 180 C. Grease 12 small ramekin dishes or ovenproof espresso cups. Divide the chocolate sauce evenly between the 12 dishes.
• Whisk the oil, water and egg together.
• Place the Golden Cloud Choc Mint Flavoured Muffin Mix in a medium sized mixing bowl.
• Make a well in the centre of the muffin mix and add the liquid mixture.
• Using a wooden spoon, stir until the ingredients are just combined. Do not over mix. Spoon the batter evenly into the 12 ramekins, covering the sauce.
• Bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until cooked through. Serve hot with cream or ice-cream
