“Melkkos” in the Microwave
1 litre milk
180 ml cake flour...
2 ml salt
15 ml butter of margarine
cinnamon sugar
Microwave milk for 10 minutes at 100% power. Mix flour and salt. Rub butter into flour mixture. Add flour mixture to hot milk. Wisk till small lumps form. Microwave for 4 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
