SCONOATS

INGREDIENTS
250 ml milk
200 ml cooking oil
250 g white sugar
4 eggs
5 ml vanilla essence
500 ml (200 g ) Jungle Oats
1250 ml (750 g) Golden Cloud Cake Wheat Flour
30 ml (40 g) baking powder
125 ml (50 g) custard powder
250 ml fresh cream
200 ml strawberry or apricot jam
INSTRUCTION
•Preheat oven to 180°C.•Mix together the milk, oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla essence and Jungle Oats. Beat for 4 minutes. Slowly add: the Golden Cloud Cake Wheat Flour, baking powder and custard powder.
•Mix it together for another 2 - 3 minutes until it's combined. Be careful not to over mix. Cut into circles with a scone cutter and rest for 15 minutes before for 20 - 25 minutes. Let them cool.
•Whip cream and decorate with strawberry or apricot jam.
