A quick and easy no-bake chocolate oats bar recipe!
What you will need:
1 cup butter ...
½ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 cups oats
1 cup chocolate chips
½ cup peanut butter
What you will need:

1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 cups oats
1 cup chocolate chips
½ cup peanut butter
How to prepare:
1. Grease a square pan.
2. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat, stir in the brown sugar and vanilla.
3. Add the oats and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Press half of the mixture in the bottom of the pan and reserve the other half.
5. Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter in a small pan over low heat and stir until smooth.
6. Pour the chocolate and peanut mixture over the crust in the pan and spread.
7. Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the chocolate layer and press gently.
8. Cover and place in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
9. Bring to room temperature and serve.
