Carrot Chutney




Carrot Chutney
10 cups fine gratted carrots
2 cup chopped onions
4 cups sugar
2 desert spoons salt...
2 desert spoons curry of choice
Pepper to taste

1teespoon fine ginger
1+ half bottle white vinigar
Mix all in a big pot and get to boil then simmer untill carrots is soft takes about 3 -4 hrs
Bottle and turn upside down till cold
Enjoy and the longer it stand the stronger it gets
