Macaroni Muffins





Macaroni Muffins

Macaroni Muffins

900 grams water
130 grams Macaroni

140 grams cheese grated
110 grams milk
1 egg

Preparation

Pre heat oven to 200 degrees 

Grate the cheese. 

Add 900g of water with a pinch of salt in a pot.  When water is boiling add the Macaroni.  Don't over cook the pasta.  Drain pasta and set aside. 

 In a pot add the grated cheese, 100g milk and 1 egg. Stir till cheese has melted.

Add cooked macaroni to mix and stir

Spoon this mixture into greased muffin tray making sure to use all the egg/milk mixture.

Bake for 20 minutes then let cool and enjoy.
