Fruit dippers with coco-choc dipping sauce
Serves: 4
Ingredients
1 slab dark chocolate chips, broken into pieces
165 ml coconut cream
1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks
300 grams PnP strawberries, halved

Method
Heat chocolate and coconut cream in a saucepan over low heat (don’t boil)
Stir until smooth and serve with fruit
More good ideas
Place hot chocolate sauce in a thermos flask to keep warm
Use any selection of tart summer fruits like plums, apricots, peaches and berries
