Tropical Pineapple, Ham & Rice Salad





Ingredients:
200 g Tastic Parboiled Rice, uncooked
6 Spring onions, sliced
1 Garlic clove, crushed
1 Fresh pineapple, peeled and cubed
200 g Cooked ham, shredded
1 cup Peanuts, toasted

Method:

Prepare the Tastic rice according to directions on the packet.
Stir in the pineapple, garlic, spring onions and ham, mix through with the cooked rice.
Top with peanuts and serve.
