Paptert

Paptert (Maize tart) with braaivleis (bbq). Stiff maize porridge, layered with a onion-tomato-mushroom-bacon-spice mixture (not fried in oil), mushroom soup powder & cheese. 2 Layers, then topped not with cream, as per usual - but a mixture of double cream Greek yoghurt, beaten with milk & little bit of sugar. Oh my gosh!!!
