Chocolate leaves - Sjokolade blaartjies

Met winter tyd is dit weer tyd vir alles wat lekker sjokolade bevat.  Warm hot chocolate of dalk 'n heerlike sjokolade koek.  Hier is hoe jy sjokolade blaartjies maak vir versiering:  (Dis maklik.)


Gebruik: Blare wat nie voor die tyd met gif gespuit is nie en wat lekker stewig is.  (Gesonde roosblare werk baie goed hiervoor.)

• Place broken bits of dark, white or milk chocolate in a small bowl for 30 sec. in microwave. Stirring frequently until all melted.
• Wash leaves and dry them with paper towel.
• Using a pastry brush or new small paintbrush, paint the chocolate all over the underside of the leaves. (Vein part of the leaf.)
... • Put painted side up, on waxed paper and leave in cool dry place. (Or refrigerate briefly until the chocolate is firm.)
• Grasp the leaf stem and peel carefully, away from the chocolate. Refrigerate until you’re ready to use them.
