Spinach & Corn Savoury Tart


15 Ml Sunflower Oil
1 Onion, Chopped
2 Cups Washed And Chopped Spinach
1 Packet Royco Thick Vegetable Soup
375 Ml Milk
5 Ml Mustard Powder
4 Eggs
250 Ml Cheddar Cheese, Grated
1 X 340 G Can Whole Kernel Corn, Drained
1. Heat Oil And Sauté Onion.. Add Spinach And Fry Until Soft.
2. In A Large Bowl, Mix Together Soup Powder, Milk, Mustard, Eggs
And 125ml Cheese.
3. Add Spinach Mixture And Corn And Pour Into A Greased 25cm
Flan Dish.
4. Top With Remaining Cheese And Bake At 190º C For 35 Minutes.
