200g raisins...
4 tbsp brandy
100g white marzipan
2 hot cross buns, whizzed into fine crumbs

    Paasbolletjies (hot cross buns) word gewoonlik op Goeie Vrydag geëet. Dit is egter nie die enigste gereg eie aan Paasfees nie. Kerrievis, gepekel in ’n bietjie asyn, is ook iets besonders en tradisioneel.
    Om die kerrievis te maak bly die eerste keuse om vars vis te gebruik, maar dit is net so lekker en met bevrore vis. As bevrore vis gebruik word, laat dit net omtrent 30 minute staan om effens te ontvries.
