Made some nice cheese scones today for lunch
RECIPE
1 teaspoon salt.1 teaspoon Bi-Carb
1 grated Onion
Chopped Parsley to taste
3 cups grated cheese
3 Eggs
1/4 cup Oil
1 1/2 cups milk
METHOD
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Beat eggs.
Mix in milk and oil.
Add to dry mixture stir well.
If the mixture is too dry add water bit by bit to get the consistency U need.
Scoop into muffin pans.
Bake in 180 degrees oven for 10 to 12 min.
Test with a skewer to see if done.
