Danone's 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲
For the granola:
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 4 Tbsps coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 cups Divine Double Cream
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/4cup pomegranate rubies
Mix the granola ingredients together until well combined.Line a small baking tray with foil and pour the mixture on top. Spread into an approximately 24cm x 30cm rectangle, or to desired granola thickness. Bake at 160°C for 12 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool. Dollop tablespoons of the yogurt over the granola mix and then spread gently into an even layer over the granola. Sprinkle the pomegranate, pistachios and white chocolate on top and place in the freezer for 3-6 hours or until frozen. Use a sharp knife to cut the bark into squares. Serve immediately or keep in the freezer to enjoy later
