Crunchi

Crunchi:

1/2lb butter
2 cups castor sugar
Cream together
2 Tblsp golden syrup
2 Tblsp boiling water
Melt the above together
Then add:
2 tsp bicarb
2 cups oats
2 cups coconut
2 cups flour

Mix. Roll into balls..flatten slightly
Bake at 170 lower to 140
