Moist Microwave Chocolate Cake

1 cup milk
1 cup Oil
1 cup Brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups cake flour
1 t baking powder
1 t bicarbonate of soda
60 ml cocoa

Mix all together and pour mixture into well greased large silicon bunt bowl and bake on full power for 8 minutes in microwave. When done allow to stand in microwave for a minute or two. Take out and allow to stand again for a minute or two before transferring to cake stand or platter

Icing
60ml Butter, melted
60ml warm milk
2 cups Icing sugar
2 Tbs cocoa
Mix together well till runny.
Pour over cooled cake and decorate as desire
