BACON-WRAPPED AVOCADO AND EGG SURPRISE
What You’ll Need:
1 Avocado
1 Egg
3 Slices of Bacon...
1. First poach one egg in boiling water. Set aside for later.
2. Cut your avocado in half and take out the seed. Carefully remove the avocado halves from the skin using a spoon. You want the halves to be intact. Make the hole where the seed was a little larger and put the poached egg in the hole. Put the two avocado halves together.
3. Wrap the avocado in three pieces of raw bacon. You can add more if you really love bacon. We don’t judge.
4. In a medium size sauce pan, fry the bacon-wrapped avocado until the bacon is crispy
