Savory cheesy muffins
300g self raising flour
1tbs baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt ...
350mls milk
1 egg (lightly whisked)
100g shredded mozzarella cheese
100g feta cheese crumbled
2-3 shallots (also known as green onion)
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Pinch of pepper
1tbs vegetable oil

Preheat your oven to 200*C or 190*C fan forced.
Use cooking spray and spray muffin tray. This mixture will make 12 muffins.
In a bowl sift your flour, baking powder and salt and mix well.
Add your chopped shallots and parsley.
In a jug mix your milk and egg and oil together with a whisk.
Pour it over the flour and whisk until combined.
Add your cheese and mix with a spoon.
Pour mixture into muffin trays and bake for 20min or until golden
