Egg Smoortjie




Egg Smoortjie
Ingredients
6-8 eggs ...
1/2 a small onion peeled and finely chopped
3 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of oil
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric

1 or 2 teaspoons of roasted masala ( entirely up to you if you want it spicy )
Method
Gently fry the onions in the butter and oil for about 2 minutes , next add spices and salt , fry for about 30 seconds , next add your eggs and scramble it in the pan with all the other ingredients until eggs are just cooked. And its done .
