ROAST CAULIFLOWER STEAKS: GOOD FOR BANTING!
Giving a whole new meaning to
cauliflower and cheese sauce.Less than 15 minutes.
YOU NEED:
2 heads cauliflower heads30 ml PnP butter
125 ml PnP cream
200 grams grated mature cheddar cheese
30 ml hot English mustard
WHAT TO DO:
Slice cauliflower heads into 2cm
discs from crown to stalk.
Melt butter and fry each disc
until golden.
Drain on kitchen paper.
Heat cream and stir in grated
mature cheddar cheese and hot English mustard.
Serve cheesy cream mixture with
cauliflower steaks.
