Tasty Chilly Garlic with Ginger Chutney

Ingredients
3 Fresh Tomatoes (chopped in small pieces)
Garlic
Fresh root ginger
Chilli (Depends on how hot you want it)
Sweetener of your choice
White wine Vinegar
Chop the chillies, garlic and ginger fairly finely,
Add to the pan, with tomatoes. Add your sweetener and about half cup of white wine vinegar.
Bring to the boil and allow to simmer until good and thick.
Put it into some recycled Chutney bottles or anything you have.
