Peri Peri Prawns Marinade
Ingredients:
• 2 Tbsp Illovo Golden syrup
• 2 Tbsp Paprika...
• 2 Tbsp mild chilli powder
• 50ml lemon juice
• 200ml peri peri sauce
• 1½ tsp crushed ginger
• 3 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
• 30 king size prawns with shell
Method:
1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and set aside.
2. Add prawns with shells to mixture, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
3. Remove from fridge and place prawns with shells onto the braai.
4. Cook for a few minutes on the braai, turning occasionally until cooked through and golden brown.
