SAVOURY BREAKFAST  BAKE



SAVOURY BREAKFAST BAKE

Ingredients
•   12 stick Slices low GI bread, crusts removed and cut into triangles
•   250 gram Rindless, lean bacon bits
•   300 gram Cherry tomatoes
•   4 Extra large eggs
•   Fresh basil leaves
•   15 millilitre Olive oil
•   250 gram Large brown mushrooms
•   1 cup Low-fat milk
•   1 KNORR Cheese and Bacon Potato Bake

Instructions
1.   Overlap bread triangles in a greased ovenproof dish
2.   Heat oil in a pan, fry bacon and mushrooms until slightly cooked
3.   Place bacon and mushroom mixture as well as the tomatoes on top of bread, allowing some mixture to fall in between the slices 
4.   In a jug beat together milk, eggs and KNORR Cheese and Bacon Potato Bake packet contents
5.   Pour over the bread
6.   Leave to stand for 10 minutes or until the liquid has been soaked up
7.   Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 30 minutes or until liquid mixture has set
8.   Serve topped with fresh basil leaves
