Groenbone met Lamsvleis
 Ingredients
 15 pieces of lamb
 2 onions chopped finely
 700 grams of chopped beans
 6 potatoes peeled cut into small cubes
 3 tablespoon of vegetable oil
 Salt to taste
 1 tablespoon of black pepper .
 1 whole chili
 Method
 In a well heated pot with oil , add the meat and brown on all sides - the browner the better , now add onions with the meat and one chilli and allow onions to brown as well , now add some warm water and cook meat until tender 40-45 minutes . Add the cut up beans and potatoes and one cup of warm water , stir , and then on medium heat cook until potatoes are tender . Give one final stir and serve with rice . Serve with a nice sambal or atchar .
 You may also use beef pieces .
