Granadilla Flavoured Muffins

INGREDIENTS
500g Golden Cloud Vanilla Muffin Mix
150ml oil
225ml water
2 eggs
1 x 115 ml can granadilla pulp
INSTRUCTION
1. Preheat oven to 180 ˚C
2. Place the Golden Cloud Vanilla Muffin Mix into a mixing bowl.
3. In a measuring jug, add the oil, eggs, water and granadilla pulp.
4. Mix until combined.
5. Add the liquid mixture into the dry mixture, mix until well combined.
6. Divide the batter into 12 greased muffin cup lined pans.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until centre has set and a skewer, when inserted comes out clean.
8. Remove from baking pan, allow to cool slightly and serve
