Caramelized onion loaf

Ingredients

500g Golden Cloud Savoury Muffin mix
150 ml Oil
320 ml Milk
2 Eggs
15 ml Oil
1 Onion sliced
3 Marrows grated
250 ml / 2 rounds cubed feta
125 ml Grated cheddar cheese
 

INSTRUCTION

1. Pre heat the oven to 180 'C

2. Grease a large loaf tin
3. Prepare Golden Cloud Savoury Muffin Mix according to the pack.
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the sliced onion and grated marrow for a few minutes.
5. Add the onion, marrow and feta to the prepared Golden Cloud Savoury Muffin Mix.
6. Spoon the mixture into a loaf tin. Top the loaf with grated cheese.
7. Bake for 30 minutes
8. Slice and serve.
