Chicken Braai Burgers
Ingredients
500 g Chicken Mince
1 Onion grated
6 Peppadews finely chopped
125 ml Fresh Bread crumbs
15 ml Robertsons Spice For Mince
15 ml Robertsons Sweet Basil
Robertsons Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
Sunflower Oil
Instructions
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, incorporating the ingredients with your hands.
2. With wet hands, roll palm size balls with the mince and flatten it on an oily surface. Arrange in an oiled pan and refrigerate before use.
3. Braai over medium to hot coals or on a skottle braai.
4. Serve on their own or on healthy buns with lettuce tomato and onion.
