Cheese Muffins
Ingredients
1 Egg 
2 cups Cheddar Cheese grated
1 cup Cake Flour 
10 ml Baking Powder 
2.5 ml Dijon Mustard 
1.25 ml Robertsons Cayenne Pepper 
5 ml Robertsons Parsley 
215 ml Milk 
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 
2. In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients together. 
3. Lightly beat the egg and mustard together and add the milk. 
4. Add this to the dry ingredients and mix lightly until just combined. 
5. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
