'BENNO' RESEP




MY 'BENNO' RESEP: [vir my 4 woefie kinders]
BENODIG:
2½ cups all-purpose flour
3½ cups brown bread flour...
1½ cup maize meal
2 cups oats
2 eggs
1 tsp salt

1 cups beef stock made with 2 cubes
1 cup full cream milk
1 packet oxtail soup
1 cup oil
1 desert spoon crushed garlic
WHAT TO DO:
Preheat oven to 150° C.
Combine, in a big bowl, the flours, meal, oats, soup powder and salt.
Add the liquid to the dry ingredients.
Knead about 3 minutes.
dd more milk if necessary.
The dough should be stiff.
Flour a board with cornmeal and roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/4 inch.
Cut out biscuits with cookie cutters in appropriate shapes, and place on greased cookie sheets.
Bake the biscuits for 45 minutes at 150° C.
