Heart healthy avocado dip

Ingredients:

½ large avocado, peeled and stoned
½ cup fat-free cottage cheese (smooth)
1 tsp tomato paste
½ tsp table salt
3 drops hot chilli sauce, or to taste


1 tsp fresh ground black pepper, or to taste

Mash the avocado with a fork until very smooth. Add cottage cheese, tomato paste, salt, chilli sauce and black pepper. Blend until smooth. This may be done in a blender or food processor.
