Avocado Ritz
2 cups Shrimp
60ml Mayonnaise
60ml Plain Yoghurt, fat-free
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 dash tabasco or cayenne pepper
1 tsp Tomato sauce
2 tsp brandy (optional)
1 pinch salt and milled pepper
2 medium avocado, halved and pips remove
Defrost shrimp. Drain any excess water.
Mix mayonnaise, yoghurt, lemon juice, tabasco, tomato sauce and brandy together.
Season mixture and toss with shrimps
Spoon seafood mixture into hollow of halved avocados and serve
