Mealiebread/muffin
1 can of creamed style corn...
1 egg
1 cup of milk
1 cup of selfraising flour
pinch of salt
cheese
Mix it all together, put into greased loaf tin or muffin pan, grate cheese on top and stick in a pre-heated oven @180C for about 45min (quicker for muffins)
