BACON WRAPPED VIENNA HOTDOGS

8 Smoked Vienna sausages
8 rashers Streaky bacon
8 HOTDOG ROLLS
Butter or margarine for spreading
Mustard or Tomato Sauce

Using a fork, prick the Vienna sausages lightly and cut ends into a V-shape. Set aside. Place bacon onto a chopping board and with back of a round-bladed knife, gently stretch the bacon. Wrap the bacon round the Vienna's and place onto a braai griddle. Grill under pre-heated element, until the sausages are heated through and the bacon is crisp, about 8-10 minutes. Cut the hotdog roll length ways and spread with butter. Place Vienna's in roll and top with mustard or tomato sauce.
