Raisin Jam





Ingredients

3 cups raisins(soaked in warm water for 30 mins before)
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup water

Directions
1.Grind the soaked raisins with sugar and water in to a fine paste.
2.Pressure cook the ground raisins paste with vanilla essence for 10 mins or upto 2 whistle.
3.Let it cool. Serve with Idli,Biryani etc.
