Cottage Pie with Soya Mince and a Butternut Topping ~ IMANA

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons (30ml) oil
1 onion, chopped
400g IMANA Beef & Onion Flavoured Super Soya Mince
1,5 litres water
2 teaspoons (10ml) TOP CLASS Mild Curry Powder
1 FINAL TOUCH Original Flavour Stir-in-Cube
2 cups (500ml) frozen mixed vegetables
4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
500g butternut, peeled and chopped
50ml milk

Method:

Heat oil in a large pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Add the TOP CLASS Mild & Spicy Curry Powder, IMANA Beef & Onion soya mince, 1,5 ml water, IMANA Beef Stock Cube and the mixed vegetables, stir thoroughly and allow to heat through.
Pour the mixture into an ovenproof dish and set aside.
Boil the potatoes and butternut together until soft then drain and mash together with the IMANA Final Touch Cube and milk, until light and fluffy.
Spread the mashed topping over the mince mixture.
Bake in a 180°C oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
