2 tins of tune 1 onion grated 1 -2 slices brown bread 1 - 2 eggs 3/4 cup cheddar cheese - soak bread in milk/cream mix all ingredient's pour in a glass bowl 180 or till brown in oven.
you can add a bit of cayenne pepper to taste
