• 6 - 8 bananas
• 50 g butter
• 60 ml (1/4 cup) sugar
• 5 ml (1 teaspoon) cinnamon
• 500 ml (2 cups) Ultra Mel Lite Vanilla Custard
Peel bananas and cut in half lengthways. Melt the butter and sugar together in a frying pan. Add the halved bananas and sprinkle with cinnamon. Fry lightly on both sides. Spoon on a serving plate and serve hot with hot or cold Ultra Mel Lite Vanilla
Custard. Delicious as a light dessert. Serves 3 – 4
