Tuna Pinwheels





yields 24 pinwheels

Ingredients

1 roll puff pastry - thawed
1 can of tuna - drained
1 cup strong grated cheddar cheese
2 heaped tablespoons of mayonnaise
sesame seeds

Method
Preheat oven to 200c


Take the puff pastry and just unroll it on a flat surface, no rolling pin needed. Mix the tuna, cheese and mayonnaise and spread evenly on the puff pastry. Start rolling the puff pastry with the filling, but start from the long end. Make sure that the open end is at the bottom when you stop.Take a sharp knife and cut into rings, about 2 cm thick. Sprinkle with a few sesame seeds and bake in oven for about 20 minutes.
