JELLY SLICE

JELLY SLICE!! 4 INGREDIENTS
Makes 20

3 Packets Raspberry (or any flavour) jelly (Lite Jelly works)
3 Cups (750ml or 25 fl. oz) boiling water
1 Tablespoon Gelatin
1 cup (250ml or 8.5 fl. oz) cream

"low fat & lite cream works"

Combine jelly crystals, water and gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add cream and stir through. Pour into a slice tray and refrigerate overnight. Cut into slices before serving.
