1 x 10g Yeast
500ml lukewarm water
50ml Sunflower oil15ml sugar
7,5ml salt
750ml flour plus extra
Place flour in a bowl and and yeast. Add oil, sugar and salt. Mix together. Add more flour to form a soft dough. Place dough in a floured bowl. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about and hour. In the meantime make a sauce using 250g marg, 2 tbls garlic more if you like it stronger. Ginger, cayenne pepper, and mixed herbs. Add as much as you would like. Melt it all together in a pot over low heat. Leave too cool. Once the dough is ready, knock it down and roll into even size balls. Using a brush use some of the sauce to grease a baking tray. Roll the balls in the sauce and place on baking tray. Cover and leave to rise till double in size. Place in a preheated over at 200°c and bake till golden brown. Remove from oven and brush remaining sauce over. Enjoy. Lekker eet.
