Grilled Fish























J v d Berg het die resep voorsien



Ingredients:
Small fishes (I used kembung fish)
sea salt and turmeric powder for marinades

Steps:
1. Cut and remove intestines from the fishes. Clean and pat dry.
2. Marinate the fish for 30 minutes.
3. Arrange fish in the airfryer basket. Air-fry at 180 degC for the first 5 minutes. Then, 200deg C for another 8 minutes.
4. Serve hot with your favorite chili sauce
