SCONES Diabetiese Resep




















Ingredients

375ml (11/2 cups) Cake Flour
125 (1/2 cup) Oat Bran
15ml (1T) Baking Powder
2.5ml (1/2 t) Salt
20g Low Fat Margarine
1 Large Egg, beaten
125ml (1/2 cup) Fat Free Milk
30ml (20g) Sugalite®
1 Large Apple, grated

Method
1. Sift the dry ingredients except the Sugalite® together and rub in the margarine. Add the grated apple and mix through.
2. Beat the egg, milk and Sugalite® together and cut into the dry ingredients mixing only to moisten.
3. Roll out 15 - 20mm thick, cut with a cookie cutter, place on a lightly greased baking tray and bake at 220ºC for 10 - 12 minutes.
Serves 15.

Recommend: 1 Scone per serving.
