Coconut Ice Sweets
















Elmari gave us this recipe

3.5 cups coconut
1 condensed Milk
3 cups Icing sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 drops of red food colouring

24cm cake tin that's about 4 cm deep. Line tin with baking paper and grease with a little butter.
Mix into mixing bowl, all the ingredients except the food colouring.

Take half of the mixture and lay our flat and evenly in the tin. Add the drops of food colouring to the other half. Layer this over the white layer in the tin.

Refrigerate for min. of 2 hours (Better to let it set overnight). Once set, cut into bite sized squares and enjoy.
