CHAKALAKA, BAKED BEANS AND SAUSAGE BAKE


INGREDIENTS
8 pork/beef sausages
1 tin chakalaka
1 tin baked beans
1 tin peas
1 onion chopped

INSTRUCTIONS
Brown sausages on all side and set aside.
Fry the chopped onion in the same pan as you did the sausages.
Place the sausages in an oven proof dish or in a roasting pan.
Mix the onion with the chakalaka, baked beans and peas and spoon over the sausages.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 to 15 or until the sausages are done.
Serve with bread, with pap or rice.
