BOILED CUSTARD WITH A TWIST

I would add in some chocolate chips or even some caramel treat to this custard.

I won't wait for dessert for this delicious delight....

INGREDIENTS
4 cups milk
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 white marshmallows or more
1 teaspoon vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS
In a double boiler heat milk.
Whisk eggs and in add sugar and salt to the eggs.
Add the marshmallows to the hot milk. Cook until it coats the spoon.
Add vanilla essence.
Serve hot or cold.
